Booking Policy
Appointment Scheduling
To schedule an appointment at GlowRx Skin Studio, please book via Phone
Call, Message or Email. A credit card may be required to secure your
reservation.
Arrival Time
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to
allow for check-in and any necessary paperwork. Arriving late may
reduce your treatment time out of consideration for the next guest.
Payments
There is a non-refundable deposit to be made on all services. Your
appointment bookings will be confirmed and held once the deposit is in
place. Payments can be made in person or by e- transfer.
Deposits for :
Appointments under 1 hour- $35
Appointments over 1 hour- $75
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. If you need
to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your
appointment to avoid any charges.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed
without notice may be subject to $35 for appointments under 1 hour
and $75 for appointments over 1 hour. No-shows will also incur 100% charge.
Repeat Cancellations
Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be
asked to pay a deposit or may lose booking privileges at our
discretion.
Refunds and Service Adjustments
Refunds
Treatment results can vary by individual; therefore, refunds for services
are not offered. However, if you have concerns about your treatment,
we encourage you to reach out within 48 hours so we can address
them promptly.
Adjustments
For treatments requiring a follow-up or adjustment, please consult with
your service provider to discuss options.
Pre-Treatment Shavng Policy for Laser Appointments
To ensure optimal results and safety, clients are required to shave the
treatment area before their laser hair removal appointment at GlowRx
Skin Studio.
GUIDELINES:
• Shave 24 Hours Before: Please shave the treatment area 24 hours
prior to your appointment. This allows any potential skin irritation from
shaving to subside before the laser treatment.
• Avoid Waxing or Plucking: For best results, avoid waxing, plucking,
or using hair removal creams at least 4 weeks prior to your laser
session, as these methods can interfere with laser effectiveness.
• Surface Preparation: The area should be clean, dry, and free of any
products, such as lotions, oils, or makeup, on the day of your appointment.
If the Area is Not Shaved:
• If the treatment area is not properly shaved, your appointment may
need to be rescheduled. In some cases, an additional fee may be
charged if shaving must be done by a technician on the day of treatment.

responsibilities to ensure a safe, professional, and positive experience.

• You have the right to be treated with respect, dignity, and confidentiality
by GlowRx Skin Studio staff.
• You are entitled to receive high-quality care from qualified professionals
who prioritize your health and safety.
• Before any procedure, you have the right to receive clear and complete
information about the treatment, including benefits, risks, and
potential outcomes, so you can make an informed decision.
• You have the right to transparent pricing and information about all fees
before your treatment begins.
• You have the right to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all
treatments and consultations.
• You have the right to provide feedback or voice concerns about your
treatment experience. Our team welcomes client feedback and will
work with you to address any concerns.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Honest Disclosure: to ensure your safety, you are responsible for
providing accurate and complete health information, including any
medications, allergies, or previous treatments.
• Timeliness: You are responsible for arriving on time for appointments and
respecting our booking and cancellation policies.
• Compliance with Aftercare: For best results, you are responsible for
following any post-treatment instructions provided by your aesthetic
professional.• Respectful Behavior: Please treat GlowRx Skin Studio staff and other
clients with respect and courtesy, contributing to a positive and
professional atmosphere.
• Clear Communication: If you have questions or concerns about your
treatment, results, or policies, please communicate them openly with
our team. We are here to help and ensure you feel comfortable and informed.
